Hr Executive
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.
- Should have experience with various selection processes and must be able to conduct different types of interviews such as telephonic, Skype, and personal.
- We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationships with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
- Handling the full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (Attendance SHEET, SALARY SHEET, COMPANY data, etc.)
