Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.

• Coordinate with teams to allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met on time.

2. Team & Resource Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to enhance performance.

• Assign roles and responsibilities based on expertise and availability.

• Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining productivity.

• Identify skill gaps and provide necessary training or support.

3. Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Address roadblocks and challenges to prevent project delays.

• Implement contingency plans for unforeseen issues.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

4. Stakeholder & Communication Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.

• Ensure alignment between business goals and project objectives.

• Document project changes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Prepare and manage project budgets effectively.

• Monitor expenditures and optimize cost efficiency.

• Ensure financial transparency and compliance with company policies.

• Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.

6. Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

• Implement Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

• Generate detailed reports on project performance and achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Experience: 4+ years of project management experience.

• Project Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong team management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Risk & Budget Management: Ability to identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage project budgets.

• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT, construction, manufacturing, or other relevant industries (depending on the employer).

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other project management certifications.
