The client organizes weekend camps in certain parts of the U.S. states for pets, offering various medical treatments for pets along with their medication and vaccines. The client faced challenges in managing the documents manually. It was difficult to coordinate the staff and the user. Inventory tracking and maintaining a history of pets was a huge task for the client. Awareness about these camps was very low. The client envisioned a comprehensive solution built from the ground up, addressing issues related to inventory management, team coordination, and the impracticality of manual counting. The client came up with specific requirements including implementing notifications for upcoming vaccines, automated reminders for medication to users, and integrating multiple payment gateways (credit card, UPI, swipe) due to difficulties associated with cash transactions at the counter.
